You can worry about tomorrow and by so doing lose today forever. Or you can work for tomorrow and as a result you’ll keep the value of today with you always. You can worry about what others think of you, and by so doing lose their respect. Or you can work in the service of your highest and best vision and others will beg to follow in your footsteps. Where there is worry, there cannot be any rest or comfort. Where there is fear there cannot be any peace. However you are embodiments of solutions who find a solution to every problem and this is why you are free from worry and fear. Any problem that comes in front of you comes to play games with you, not to make you afraid.

What doesn’t energize you — exhausts you. Fear, worry, procrastination, grief, shame and guilt deflate the human spirit. I’m not referring to the occasional wave of emotion, but prolonged states of these emotions.
Write it down. Acknowledging your worry takes away its obsessive power. So make a list of what’s bugging you. (more…)
