I have found that mornings, for me, are usually the best time for me to start to break away from old habits and to start new ones. If I permit myself to become aware of habits that need changing, I can then ask God in my morning prayers to help me with this decision to change for the better. It is only by the grace of God that I can do anything, so it is only proper that I include God while I seek to change myself. (more…)
